Whether you are new to knitting or just want to brush up on your skills, you can learn at your own pace in this 2.5 hour class. Most students will have the basics after 2 or 3 sessions. You can come as many times as you'd like.($20 per session)

| Knitter's Loom with June Lister |
Take home a beautiful woven scarf in this five hour class! June is an experienced weaver and she will show you how to set up a knitter's loom and complete an easy and attractive scarf.

You do not have to purchase a loom to take this class ...but you might want to buy one when you see how fun, fast and easy it is to weave beautiful projects. If you have taken a weaving class before and have a loom, June will be happy to show you how you can expand on the skills you already have.

Let's play with our stitches! To be a good knitter you have to be able to fix mistakes. Come to this class to learn how. From the simple dropped stitch to a missing cable or lace mix-up, Peggy will show you how to fix it. HOMEWORK REQUIRED ($20)

Learn to do two handed color knitting in this class. Make a hat with a snowflake pattern and follow a chart. This class has a little homework, you will start the first few rows before class so we start with the Fair Isle portion straight away. ($30)

This pattern was designed by the Schaefer Yarn Co. It was made popular by the Yarn Harlot and when you see it you'll want to make one too! It is a charted lace pattern with beads....you can leave the beads off ....but they look spectacular! ($45)
two sessions, one to string beads, the other to learn to knit the pattern.
Level: intermediate
(you will be reading a chart, using beads. You should already know how to knit, purl, decrease and have knit a lace pattern)
If you think you might need a bit more experience reading a chart before taking this class. Try the Lace Scarf class first.

This technique is great for knitting in the round on small projects like socks, sleeves and hats. You will use one long circular needle. We will make a baby hat and you will see how easy it is to add this tool to your knitting arsenal! ($20)

Learn to cast on at the toe and work on two circular needles to make a little sock from the bottom up. Peggy will show you Judy's magic cast-on and a short row heel. She will provide size 4 needles so you can make this little sock on worsted weight yarn to make it easier. ($30)

Everybody is knitting socks! We will make one little sock to quickly learn the basics. We use worsted weight yarn so it is easier to get the hang of it. After you take this class we know you will want to make more! three sessions ($50)
